After a period of regular growth, Prirevo, a brand-independent AM system and AM service provider, is expanding its business location in Upper Austria, opening a modern showroom and innovation center. Upper Austrian 3D solutions provider Prirevo reported a favorable ordering situation and steady organic growth, allowing the company to grow significantly.

Prirevo moved to a new building in Ried im Traunkreis in September this year. The new premises not only provide space for new machines and projects, but also for additional employees. The building has state-of-the-art offices and meeting rooms, storage space for several tons of 3D printing materials, a modern showroom for a demonstration center and plenty of seating parking, including a free charging facility for customers with electric cars. . In the future, Prirevo will expand its facilities with a Drink & Print Lounge in the entrance area, intended to give visitors easy, low-threshold access to additive manufacturing technologies.

A regional innovation hub

The additive manufacturing market is not only very innovative but also extremely dynamic. A constant stream of new developments requires a lively exchange between technology providers and users, which is often difficult to access in rural areas. Based on its experience over the past few years, Prirevo chose Ried im Traunkreis as the new headquarters as the region is home to many industrial companies. The location chosen allows the continued development of Prirevo’s formula for success: a combination of international innovations with excellent on-site service. The company is also easily accessible from the Ried im Traunkreis motorway exit.

“We offer the latest solutions around the world and are always available to our customers. This combination of international competence and local presence has proven to be a great competitive advantage for our customers ”, said Szilard Molnar, CEO of Prirevo.

Prirevo is also committed to developing the region’s innovative strength. To this end, Molnar has opened an innovation center of more than 500 square meters, enlarged the internal academy and offers new individual training courses to allow a lively exchange between local and international actors.

Services across the entire value chain

Prirevo has manufactured more than 8,000 components for the automotive industry and supply in 2021. To better support its customers, Prirevo is considerably expanding its range of services throughout the value chain. A separate room with the latest 3D scanning technology enables reverse engineering at the highest level. The in-house production facilities include more than a dozen different systems and are constantly being expanded. This year, Prirevo added a new Fuse 1 formlabs and a 3DGence Industry F350 3D printer to the additive machine pool. Additionally, a new PR 100160PR laser cutter from GS Laser Systems recently supplemented the company’s subtractive processing capabilities. The new post-processing portfolio offers assembly and various finishing processes, such as an in-house paint shop.

Despite these significant expansions, Prirevo remains true to its original concept: “Our extensive expertise and independence from individual technology providers allow us to find the best solution for each application. Combined with our strict focus on quality and real user benefit, we have been able to gain many satisfied customers in the long term. Our new location and new facilities allow us to deepen and expand these business relationships, ”says Molnar.
