Defense specialist XTEK (XTE) received $2.35 million in purchase orders from undisclosed international clients.
Three of the orders are for the supply of specialty ballistic armor products worth $2.15 million.
These three commands take the total value of the commands XTEK has received in the past 30 days for its ballistics division more than $8.1 million.
The final order was for $200,000 and was for specialty hardware and software technology products.
This follows the Australian Department of Defense’s $2.75 million order for its “Wasp” Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (SAUS).
“These new orders, totaling $2.35 million, which are coming in quickly thanks to nearly $11 million of other orders we received across the group in March, continue to show the strong demand we are experiencing. for our advanced ballistic armor products, as well as the premium hardware and software technology solutions we provide to law enforcement and military organizations,” said CEO Scott Basham.
“High-performance ballistic products will be shipped to these international customers on a priority basis to meet their urgent operational needs, while specialized software and hardware products, which have a longer production lead time, will be delivered to a separate customer in the fourth quarter of exercise 22.
XTEK ended the day 13.5% in the green with shares trading at 29.5 cents.
